Hi !!!! Sooo glad to have you here with me here, I'm on a mission now !!! I'm going to write my MP"s (Morning Pages) , this is what I'm going through right now !!! is to make Me, Myself & I the Absolute Top Main Priority !!! Last night I knew that I was not going to make it to my Friends Art Show in the city Chicago.... I know I sooo wanted to !!!! I know that I must focus on my studies right now, I have my evaluation on Dec 10th, and tonight I did say via Facebook Events that I was going to go to Give Peace a Dance tonight, then later I thought to myself that I have a big test this coming Thurs and my Evaluation on Dec 10th, 2012... Soooo, that means, I'm going to focus on what I have to do... and that is to do well, on my studies which is Me !!!! I'm the priority right now !!! I'm glad that we've been getting some mild Dec weather !!!! so my nights are just fantastic !!!! all is very very good !!!! Oh yeah, !!! I am now CPR Certified !!!! had my class today and passed the test !!! Practical Application of course !!! on fake bodies..... also a refresher on the Choking maneuver used to be called Hiemlick..... It's a must for employment as a Personal Trainer at a health club...so now, it's on MF !!! (mutha fucka) I "deactivated" my Facebooks, 1st the old self I have had the FB deactivated, 2nd New Self, I just don't want to have the obligation of checking FB and responding to anymore right now, not when I'm in the cocoon !!! and now I'm taking Shit Seriously Now !!! Today is Dec 1st !!!!!! 2012 !!!! My 1st Beginning Month as being 40 yrs old.... the only days I'm going to do what I'm going to say is on Dec 28, 2012, for Taz's Club Divine and David Ziemba's New Years / Winter Solstice... and that is it right now.... I'm must focus on me myself and I right now !!!! time is now !!! to take my own shit seriously !!!! NOPE, NOPE and some More NOPE !!!!!! Yeah, I finally got sick of my Own Old Self Bull Shit !!!! so now, it's Me and my Studies !!!! and that's it for now... once I have a good hold on my studies, I'm going to start working out at Jakked..... I know right now I'm a behind in my school and my training... I know I did very poorly on my last test.... No More, I'm on Officially on Lock Down !!! I Will Do Amazing !!! from now on !!!! I Am Thee Only Priority Right Now !!!!! No One Else !!!! KaPeesh ???? great !!!
I donated all but one of my workout hoodies to Savers in Downers Grove, IL and all of my cool t-shirts, the hoodies were definitely one of a kind, basically I cut the sleeves into half sleeves and sew them up, I also sewed up some spice and flavor to the hoodies... so, if you're in the DuPage County area of Illinois pay a visit to Savers in Downers Grove, IL... the one that I did save I'm going to give that one to my nephew... and my Carhart to either my brother or to my other nephew...My car seems very light and ready for action !!!! Just to let you know, Starting today, I'm only going to write here only once a month !!! I'm going to write my MP's on physical lined paper for the month and type it out here unto the blog most likely on the MP's Page on the side of the reg blog... where I have "other" pagers.... Dec 1st is today !!!! I'm my deal now !!!! So, I'm going to act like it now !!! Inside the cocoon !!! I love my life !!! thank you !!! and this is Finally It !!! Enough with the freakin talk, type and words !!!!!!!! it's time to ACT !!!! ACTION !!!!! Red Set ACTION !!!!! I'm at the Action Phase Now !!!!! the past 2 months was a Warm Up and a Mock Run, So, the next time when I write here, it will be at least a month, the only internet connection that I'll have is the only time when I need to upload the videos to YouTube !!!! YouTube will be the most recent happenings and updates via video clips versus here on my blog....

Got my 2nd Wind aka Breath, I just took a power nap, cell is off, FB's has been deactivated... All Good !!! Got all my notes.... tonight, I'm going to type all of my notes and mostly continue at McD's where there is a 24 hr Dinning Area, where I can study and type.... for the wee hours of the night, might be busy with teenagers and them alcoholics !!!! all good, I know that the time is now !!! The only misc. I'll be doing will be on the 28th of Dec Club Divine and the Winter Solstice with David Zeimba.and that is it.... I feel like that right now it's time to take the Temple Out where the Rubber Meets the Road !!!!! Yeah, that's it, just my studies and my body !!!!! and to focus !!!! Purely Focus !!!!! on the Relevant Things Now !!! ok, so, let's do this... . bye for now,,, until next time !!! Oz
