This blog is bottom line for me (Oscar Zepeda), to record my life in my journey to enlightenment, growth, evolution, change, etc..... I'm going to give myself 111 Days which already started on March 11, 2011 to go through what I call it the Mind, Body, Spirit Boot Camp Xtreme Style I'm planning on having pics and youtube vids to capture the essence of where I'm at, how I'm handling it, words of wisdom etc. I'm also going to implement the book, "the Artist's Way" to my personal boot camp. I want to change from head to toe and each cell of my body!!! To Be that Change that I want to see in the world.
What is Mind-Body-Spirit Boot Camp Xtreme Style ?? It's my version on how to metamorphosize into the being that you, your Divine and the Infinite Divine wants to see you become and will help you get there. Xtreme Style is starting over from scratch !!!! I got rid of 98% of my physical possessions, what I have is the bare bone necessities. I haven't had my own TV in years, haven't seen or heard any news in years, and now I will let my cell phone lapse and to live off the grid, yes Xtreme Style. The only work I will do is that of my passion which is my art. I am taking a break from art at this time during my Metamorphosis Phase, in the meantime the Universe will provide everything I need to sustain my Mind-Body-Spirit for optimal growth to become the being I truly want and need to become. To dig deep into my being and to flex and work out my Mind-Body-Spirit True Self being. It's the Universe and I, that will be it for the next 110/109 days. I will do what my Divine wants me to do.
At this time only activities I will embark is that of which I truly love, having fun working out, running, dancing, meditation, chanting, yoga, holistic yoga, tai chi, anything in relation to my Mind-Body-Spirit that will start the metamorphosis process. I'm going to be 100% honest here, I'm not going to sugar coat my experience, I will tell it like it is, the good, what we appear to be not good, in the end "it's ALL Good". Today is Sun, and I'll be going to Bodhi Spiritual Center in Chgo and to make sure I get there before 9:30am, because they close and lock the doors exactly at 9:30am for meditation and they won't budge!!! I learned my lesson a few times already !!! and tonight it's Chi! Ka! Go! at Yoga Now in Chgo, this will be my 1st time at Chi Ka Go, Sooooo Loooking forward to it !!!! Let the Change Begin !!!!! I have 109 days to Transform every cell in my body !!!! and So It Is !!!! Be Back !!! Oscar
